Correct.  py-setuptools_scm{,7} are by their nature only used as BUILD_DEPENDS.
 While it is annoying that the two do conflict, it doesn't prevent building and
it doesn't affect eg. poudriere builds at all.  This is a known thing and we
have chosen to accept the current status.  Eventually py-setuptools_scm should
get updated and all this will go away.
