Digging into the apps.plugin source at 
https://github.com/netdata/netdata/blob/master/collectors/apps.plugin/apps_plugin.c#L107,

seems netdata disables per-process disk stats on FreeBSD.

This is due to the recent changes in the ZFS ARC logic, which as far as
