https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=274818 Bug ID: 274818 Summary: net-p2p/transmission-components Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: huber.georg@gmail.com CC: mondo.debater_0q@icloud.com Flags: maintainer-feedback?(mondo.debater_0q@icloud.com) CC: mondo.debater_0q@icloud.com Hi, I am using the transmission-daemon flavor and since V4.04 the daemon (started via rc.conf) after some hours (or days) crashes, although the process remains visible with ps. However, I cannot stop the process via kill (-HUP) or restart via "service transmission restart". ps -p PID shows the Ts STAT and time currently 139:14.85 (I had to reboot the server yesterday) top -P shows (forever) that the process is in STOP mode. Also, when I try to shutdown the machine, I receive countless "sonewconn: pcb 0x: Listen queue overflow: 151 already in queue awaiting acceptance" errors and the server will not reboot. All I can do is hard reset the machine. This never occured in transmission-daemon 3.x. Is this a known problem, or did I make a mistake in the upgrade process (via pkg upgrade)? Many thanks for your help Georg -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
