Hi,

Could someone confirm the build failure port does not mix multiple OpenMP
implementation please?
The discussion in the upstream a comment ssays the following.

I suspect some of this multiple issue is not relevant to OpenBLAS.
a) a comment says scipy build issue is  solved to migrate meson-python build

b) lang/julia has their own OpenMP and it is hard coded libgomp
