Hello Dmitri!

I've follow net/slackcat example and it's working fine.

I'm stll reading your links and I will do further tests to see if I can rid of
USE_GITHUB.

Thank you very much for your help, I will use this PR as an example for future
GO_MODULE problems like this one.
