switch to GO_MODULE

Hello,

I'm trying to switch to GO_MODULE method and I found that go.mod url is causing
some problems when fetching:

'make distclean makesum':
---
=> v0.19.mod doesn't seem to exist in /tmp/go/dns_blocky/blocky-v0.19.
=> Attempting to fetch
https://proxy.golang.org/github.com/0x!e!r!r0!r/blocky/@v/v0.19.mod

GO_MODULE=github.com/0xERR0R/blocky

url github.com/0xERR0R/blocky is interpreted as github.com/0x!e!r!r0!r/blocky
               ^^^^^^^                                     ^^^^^^^^^^^
Is there any way to correct this?
