Could you please try running linphone like this:

% LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=true linphone  ==> no crash

% LIBGL_DRI3_DISABLE=true linphone     ==> crash

% LIBGL_DRI2_DISABLE=true linphone     ==> no crash

Now Felix, thank you so much to sort things.
But what should I do fixing my problem? 
I have no clue what it is and where to start.
