Initial patch

The attached patch updates net/kamailio to 5.5.3. I also added SQLite as an
option. The new patch that is created (patch-src_Makefile.groups) has been
upstreamed, but has not made it to an actual release yet. Once 5.5.4 lands, it
can be removed.
