Hi,

I figured I can't build one of my ports, net/netpeek, with the new pkg version,
2.8.0.

Reverting the commit that updates ports-mgmt/pkg resolves the issue.

This is happening in poudriere-3.4.8.

Here is the Poudriere log, it seems it can't install gettext which is a
dependency.
