I've tried everything. :) I think it's something to do with how the scheduler and audio stack are interacting but I haven't looked at it too hard yet it's one of those things where I've gotten used to it and I plan on upgrading this machine again though hearing your issues doesn't give me confidence the issue will go away. In one of my comments on one of those issues I pointed out I attached a debug log from dmesg. How does yours compare to that? Is yours also related to buffering issues? The messages coincide with the audible hiccups. Amar.
