In the ifnet(9) man page, the IFCAP_TOE, IFCAP_TOE4, and IFCAP_TOE6 flags and
descriptions are listed twice in the "Interface Capabilities Flags" section.
It can be seen in the link below in the latest FreeBSD version, but it's also
in the 13.1 version, too.
