Patch to update textproc/gtk-doc

- Update to 1.34.0
- Adjust dependencies and WWW entry
- Remove yelp developer documentation

Maybe, in the future, we can also remove autotools and cmake "helpers". In
ports collection textproc/gtk-doc is only used for documentation through
gtk-scan.
