In ports collection, textproc/gtk-doc is mainly used to produce documentation.
We have no FreeBSD users which are also GNOME developers (otherwise this port
would have been updated long time ago). So yelp pages are not necessary.

I think exp-run is required, if we drop support of autotools (in that case,
gtkdocize is not installed).
