Screenshot: attempting to use /dist/packages/FreeBSD:15:amd64 in the absence of
/dist/packages/repos

FreeBSD-15.0-ALPHA4-amd64-20250927-d2b670b27f37-280334-dvd1.iso

/dist/packages/repos
does not exist, 

/dist/packages/FreeBSD:15:amd64 
does exist, but does not work.

I wrote to freebsd-current in June,
