Yes, thank you for the clue. Indeed, I should have read the manual first
instead of trying to create a device in the OpenBSD way.
Now it comes up, but it doesn't support IPv6.
# pflowctl -s pflow0 src [2001:x:x::x] dst [2001:x:x:y::y:y]:12332
pflowctl: No match
