It seems previous source upgrade for this machine went wrong in a way. Maybe
libc.a got broken or something.

I've fetched kernel.txz and base.txz from 14.3-RELEASE distribution, backed up
/etc and /var/db/pkg, and extracted those .txz over living system. After
reboot, I got 14.3-RELEASE for base system instead of previous garbled
stable/14 and re-run buildworl. It seems running fine this time. I'll report
back later.
