failing buildworl log

The system has been updated to stable/14 via source upgrade path on 14 October,
2025 last time, successfully. Now the upgrade procedure needs to be repeated
but this time it fails for the revision stable/14:fff399d8c

Failing buildworld log is attached, it is quite short.
