In fresh installation of freebsd 13 from iso
FreeBSD-13.0-RELEASE-amd64-dvd1.iso

french keyboard with french accentuations selected,
on javaconsole (remote console),
when in installer form to type characters to test,
each type an accent is typed, a untimely tabulation is inserted so you cannot
type many characters.
