Hmm, do we still generate .po object files since MK_PROFILE was removed?
The bsd.*.mk rules for those were removed about a year ago
(0e4c4cc4916c965f7f3116e1840396755d6b21f4) and haven't been relevant since
3750ccefb862 (actual date of Nov 2024, not 2021).

(Rest of these changes all look good to me FWIW)
