He got my (conditional) approval, like you can read in the linked comments. Since Daniel did not push any unapproved ports, I don’t see any basis for a formal warning here. Also, just as a side note: the ticket system really lacks the ability to capture some of the more important context – like which groups need to approve a commit, or which members have experience and authority in certain areas. That kind of information is just not easily available. Best, Torsten
