When we reset maintainership, we try to make sure ports don't get
dropped into the pool if they can, so that they can get the care they
need.  For example, p5- ports end up with perl@, py- ports end up with
python at .  If multimedia@ does not want those ports, just return them to
the pool.  portmgr@ looks at the bigger picture, we cannot spend 5
minutes researching each port to make sure they get assigned to the
right person, it looks multimedia-ish, it gets to multimedia.  If
multimedia is not there to handle multimedia related ports, the team
should say so so that they do not get assigned more ports like this.
(The team can also drop the ports it does not want to maintain.)
