Locations of POSIX.2c binaries?

At least in Solaris 2.7, /bin is actually symlink to /usr/bin, so the
question "/bin or /usr/bin" is moot for Solaris. All the binaries needed
in single-user mode are in /sbin.

HP-UX (starting with 10.x) behaves the same.
