XFree86-4-Server fails to install with exit code 1

Try 'make clean' before 'make install'. If it doesn't work, then it would seem 
that at least x11-servers/XFree86-4-Server port directory is in somewhat 
weird state. Can you try removing it and let cvsup recreate it?
