>Description:
Messages sent to the lists in 'quoted-printable' format
look corrupt when viwed via the web archive.  Eg. trailing
spaces show as =20 and =3D is printed for the equals sign.
There are many examples of this throughout the archive.
The other (mailman) archive doesn't show this behaviour.
