Navigating from the current week's archive of any list to the
		last messages sent at the end of the previous week requires
		too much clicking and scrolling.

		(sorted by date or reverse date) navigate to the message in
		the archive which is the most recent from the previous week.

Provide a 'Previous week' link on the [UP][Home] etc. lines.
		mailindex.cgi would need to generate a URL like this:
		and then make a link to it.
