Hi Colin,

There were issues with the nic (perhaps intterupt related?) prior to the "cpl
does not map to outstanding cmd" log entry.

I will upload the full /var/log/messages contents between a couple of
incidents.

Please let me know if you would like me to provide further context/configure
additional logging etc.
