[patch] fix umass NO_GETMAXLUN quirk (usb/81073)

Does anyone have time to take a look at (and commit) the patch in 
usb/81073?  It is a pretty simple patch to fix (read: enable) the 
NO_GETMAXLUN quirk for the umass device.  It would help me out a bit if 
this were committed before the 6.0 release (and code freeze is 
approaching).  Without it I am forced to install to my laptop via PXE 
boot, or build my own release media with the patch.
