Create freebsd-testing-results@ list for Jenkins results?

Sigh, I just realized that List-ID will be rewritten by the mailman
(and it should), so people not directly receive the mail cannot filter
by this header field. However, there are to headers will be preserved:

X-Jenkins-Job:
X-Jenkins-Result:
