Documentation of NO_* knobs

I knew about that file. NO_SYSCONS and NO_EXAMPLES are neither
in this one nor in the manpage for make.conf.
Yet they are in the handbook example for NanoBSD builds.

That's why I'm asking for the "official" exhaustive list.
