Pentium 640 and Enhanced SpeedStep

FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE-p11
Motherboard: Supermicro P8SCi
CPU: Pentium 4 640
I have HyperThreading enabled...
Enabling "powerd" gave me this error message:
