0.0% user, 0.0% nice, 0.0% system, 53.8% interrupt, 46.2% idle - Unusual interrupt use?

Recently I've had an unusually high amount of 'interrupt' cpu usage. I
stopped all my jails so the box is for the most part idle.

Here is my uname:
