Vinum causes server to crash/reboot ...

Where's the dump?

Based on the information supplied, there's little anybody can do.  I'd
guess it won't show up again either.  If it does, please supply the
information requested in the man page or at
http://www.vinumvm.org/vinum/how-to-debug.html.
