version number bump missed

   It usually takes a couple weeks before the someone remembers to bump the 
-STABLE version number.  Maybe "don't forget to bump the -STABLE branch 
numbers as well" should be added to 
doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/releng/article.sgml?
