makeworld problem on sparc

I did  rm -Rf /usr/obj/src/* and redid the 
cvsup and make buildworld and got the same thing..

my supfile looks like this

# make installworld

*default host=cvsup16.FreeBSD.org
*default base=/usr
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs
*default delete use-rel-suffix preserve

#*default compress

*default tag=. # for FreeBSD-current

src-all
#cvs-crypto
