bootable PCI flash slot?

Could you use anything like these, perhaps?

I had a CF PCI slot card once, dont remember where i got it.
Not all CF Flash cards support IDE (some are strictly for cameras).
Many manufacturers add support for IDE on XX meg but not on YY meg so i 
cant really name a good brand for these.
