IMHO, the sooner the better. There will be some fallout, but at the
moment, the rdoc port is broken and thus railties and rails as well.

I'm working on that and I'm not 100% sure yet, but we did it for rake
and gem, unless I'm misremembering, so I expect it to be possible.
