FreeBSD Bugzilla XML RPC

Does FreeBSD's Bugzilla support XMLRPC? When I try to do anything with
FreeBSD's Bugzilla using textproc/py-bugzillatools, I get the following:

Is that a sing that our Bugzilla doesn't support XMLRPC?
