Vanilla Xorg config after running Xorg -configure -retro

I don't particularly care to use the tool. Only using it to illustrate
that it also behaves as X does but doesn't rely on X. Which in my head
suggests a common - low level problem with addressing the card and not
necessarily an X (mis)configuration but I'm happy to be told otherwise.

As i said, I've tried everything relevant on that page.

# sysctl sysctl hw.ofwfb.relax_mmap
hw.ofwfb.relax_mmap: 1
