BETA3 install iso mount problems?

Also of note ... I get a warning that is is unable to swap to /dev/ 
ad0s2; Device busy

I am wondering if I've not done something wrong in partitioning.   
I'll read up a bit more if I can find info on it to make sure it's  
not something I've done wrong.
