but does not yet indicate "Enable push access to Git".

The schedule now has an explicit "Starting pushing to external mirrors
(github, gitlab, etc.)" after "Push “Welcome to Git” commit", neither
of which have happened yet.

"2021Q2 quarterly branch created" is listed last.
