MOVEDlint.awk reports for 133 ports "does not have the py36 flavor"

Is Tools/scripts/MOVEDlint.awk broken, or do ports need updated? I added
a new entry to MOVED and ran MOVEDlint.awk and got 133 lines with e.g.:


9666: net/py-urllib3 does not have the py36 flavor
