update port graphics/yed

Hi,

Can someone update the port graphics/yed to the latest version?  The mail I sent to the maintainer of the port was undelivered and returned back.

There are no patches to this port, so I was able to install it by simply modifying Makefile and distinfo to reflect the changes for the new version.  It should be fairly straightforward to update it in ports. But, I have never done this before, so requesting here.
