FreeBSD Port: ruby25-bdb-0.6.6_6

Just an FYI: There seems to be an issue, see example below, at least
with the machines I've been using where even when ruby-bdb is already
using the latest version portupgrade at least thinks it's still on 6.6_5
and using portupgrade with ruby-bdb fails.
