Input on "most correct" way to set IS_INTERACTIVE for Postfix ports

I've often felt that having options that could be set at package install
time might be a good idea.  For instance, being able to achieve the same
effect as NOPORTDOCS or NOPORTEXAMPLES without having to build a custom
package.  Or in the case of one of my ports, phpmyadmin, most of the
options are purely to manipulate RUN_DEPENDS and control installation of
php module dependencies that the software can optionally use if present.
