ports/106790 request for maintainer timeout and commit

Hi-
I submitted ports/106790 with a patch a little over a month ago. It  
was quickly assigned to sysutils/cfengine's maintainer, but there has  
been no action since then. I tried emailing the maintainer directly  
last week too, but did not get a response. Would someone be willing  
to commit my patch?
