eclipse-gef and eclipse-webtools updates

ahoj!

I have submitted ports/107683 and ports/107684 almost a month ago,
mostly to quiet the "unfetchable distfiles" mails :) I have used eclipse
with those updates installed successfuly during that month, so I
believe, they should be ok.

Can someone please commit them?
