gzip-like CLI wrapper for p7zip

Hi,

I a small gzip-like wrapper for p7zip.  The upstream developers don't seem to
like the idea, but it is going to be included in Debian, and I thought you might
want to provide it as well.  For details, see:

We intend to ask the gnu tar maintainers for a p7zip flag.  Having this script
in the FreeBSD port would help in that regard.
