Are graphics/libgrass5 and databases/grass-i18n deprecated ?

The grass-i18n archive has nice Japanese TrueType fonts in it, and
japanese/ipa-ttfonts refers them.  I believe grass6 doesn't have them
because of the license restriction of them.
