We are trying to cope with the extra 500 PRs that came in during the ports
freeze.  Please be patient.

Also, for updates, we prefer that those be submitted in diff -ruN format,
per the Porter's Handbook, so that an interested committer can see exactly
what has changed.  Thanks.
