[pf4freebsd] Hatchet for FreeBSD/PF

Just in time for Super Bowl Sunday, I've released a super new version of
Hatchet.  This new update includes a smorgasbord of new enhancements,
including:

- FreeBSD 5.x (userland PF) support
- IPv6 support (regex)
- SNMP support (regex)
- New charts for "top hosts" and "top ports" output

As usual, the documentation has been updated to reflect all changes.=20
However, please note that all documentation (except the main README) has
been moved to a new Docs/ directory in the tarball.  These include:
